Hotel vicino a Hype Center Dearborn - Detroit

“We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

“Great staff”

“The front desk staff is very experienced. The location is still great as being close enough to the airport, downtown Detroit, Dearborn, and actual neighborhoods. Only had one issue with reclaiming a left item.”

“We had an issue with the AC in the room, but the staff were courteous and gave us a new room. Overall, this property is on par with a 3-star hotel.”

“The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that.”

“This is a really nice hotel. Very clean, very spacious and I will definitely recommend this to anyone right near the airport.”

“The room was dusty and due to my allergies it was extremely hard to sleep. Also very thin walls you can hear everything. Towels weren't completely clean some stains ect. Sink was clogged when I first arrived. Other than that it was a great place pool was great with the sauna. The night staff was very pleasant.”

“Rooms smelled terrible and asked for a room change two times and got ignored, 3 times asking for an iron because the existing one burnt my cloth, tub was clogged not draining water, bathroom door won’t lock and won’t close, room was never serviced in 4 night while i asked for it twice, had to shower with the same towels for 4 nights.”

“Timely service of the elevator. TY he elevator was out of service for my whole stay. I’m not disabled but walking steps tends to hurt my back. No urgency in getting it fixed. Probably will seek different accommodations for my next trip”
