“My room was on the 3rd floor I had Luke warm water-not hot in both the shower and sink. I tried to use the room phone to notify the front desk but the land line did not work after numerous attempts. I called the front desk at 4:30pm from my cell phone and notified the staff of my water and phone issues. “I arrived shortly after check in time with my friend. He stepped up to the desk first to get checked in. While checking in he asked if it would be possible for us to have rooms close together. This seemed to annoy the the clerk because she then turned what I can only describe as rude. I got the same attitude. “We make it a point to always stay at the Oregon Trail Inn when we are passing through the Twin Falls area. It is always a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious. They have good size refrigerators with freezers and the property is always enjoyable. They have a nice big lawn out front where we can tether our dog to the tree. Always a wonderful stay”
