“1st, I'm guessing you have to request to have your room cleaned, but don't tip the maids like I did after requesting it and they never cleaned the room. 2nd, their phones were down all week. 3rd, you have to call from your cellphone to request towels which they bring up the first time. “There is an item listed on your breakfast menu that says build your own breakfast for $12.00. I added an egg ftom the $11.00 breakfast thinking it would fall into the “build your own” description. Guess not! I was charged $1.50 for the extra egg. HERE is the issue, question and comment. How can you have a menu item listed as “Build your own breakfast” with no parameters listed. How is the customer supposed to know where the limits are. Why couldn’t a customer say “ I want the build uour own...

“I love this place and I’ve been here many times over the last 40 years and it’s aged pretty well. The hot tub could’ve been fuller, but I understand it was just clean that day. I did notice that the water temperature in the room took a very long time to get hot, especially in the bathroom sink. Other than that, I would totally stay again. You can’t find friendlier people than lava Hot Springs.”

“Easy access on and off freeway. Very comfortable bed. Dog friendly with treats at check in/out. Nice big area for walking your dog. 2nd time stayed here. Will stay again. ”
