“My children loved the water slides and the room was nice with new beds. I think a few of the staff need to better understand that they have water slides in their building and that means wet excited kids all over the place. Some of the staff don't seem to like children or have a difficult time communicating with children.”

Had a few things to report to staff: 2nd deadbolt (do not disturb flag) not working and bathroom exhaust fan not working... Parking: In center court of facility so somewhat protected from any severe weather and more secure. Staff: mixed feedback on staff. All housekeeping were great. Some front counter...

“The room was clean. The water tasted terrible when brushing our teeth! Complimentary bottled water would have been nice. It was hard to add enough cold water when taking a shower, so that it was a comfortable temperature, but still had good pressure.”
