“We love coming to the Riverside Hotel and have for years. Every member on the staff is so helpful, so patient, so kind. David and Ashley on the front desk are so fun and cute. “our shower knob did not work and would not turn from cold to hot water. All we had was cold water. We did mention that during the check out and the staff was aware of that issue, but didnt do anything to mitigate the circumstances. Did not even offer a discount for the room. In other words, they knew about the faulty shower and still booked us into that room.”
