“We were truly there only to sleep. Rooms appeared newly renovated which was nice, though some details looked patchy. Got great sleep!”

“Very nice and peaceful. Close to lake, short drive down the road for great star gazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only downfall was the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes and not one person greeted us. Then I had to find someone walking by and ask to be put on the list for a seat after I realized other people in line were on a list. Our server never even said hello, just asked what we wanted. The food was good though and the server did meet all our needs during our meal.”

“This has been a go to for my husband and ibfor years. Quiet close to food options and not rifht downtown. Clean rooms and the staff is amazing. I had not been for a while and decided last minute because of location and quiet it was a nice get a stayaway. Thank you to the staff you guys are awesome and i appreciate you. I will be back gor another stayaway soon.”

“I arrived at 1am after driving all day and Courtney checked me in and was incredible. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and she was fantastic. I do this drive a fair amount so I’ll absolutely be staying here again. It’s obviously an older building and not really updated, but the ac worked, the sheets and top blanket were pristine, and the coffee in the hallway in the morning was a legit good cup of coffee. “For the money, the Thunderbird was a good value. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in staff very pleasant and accommodating. Mountain Home doesn't have many budget conscious options and this is a good one.”
