“Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk chair needed to be replaced as the leatherette surface was flaking off over 90% of the surface. The lobby was beautiful. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The breakfast was very good with several choices. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Some of the hallway carpet is not clean and filled with sports. Our sofa pullout mattress was stained with blood and who knows what else. No maintenance person available for several days to address our issues. PLEASE do not stay here. No compensation for my inconveniences.”

Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. “Arrived to the front desk at about 4:30pm on a Saturday to check-in and proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes while the clerk discussed someone's reservations on the phone. There was another staff member sitting off to the side who disappeared. Finally get checked-in to discover one of the two elevators is out of order. “The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”
