“The staff were great! Sara the breakfast lady was super friendly. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and no exhaust fan. Toilet paper was thin not the nice angel soft we had at another Hampton. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The luggage carriers disappeared or someone was lazy and didn’t put them back where they belong.”

“Getting a little worn looking. Bed was not comfortable. Room lighting was terrible.”

“If you’re looking for a historic experience this is it. Beautiful old time period building. Very small not even a place to keep your suitcase open. Don’t expect the beautify views that are advertised either. Very easy access to Nauvoo temple! And our door didn’t lock. What I didn’t know was that if you wanted breakfast, pool, or anything you have to drive down the road to another location that they own. They own like 4 hotel properties but amenities are only at one location.”

“Had to keep calling for room repairs. Sink stopped up, Tv remote didn’t work, key card not working etc. Mgt seemed irritated to be asked to do repairs.”

“It was clean rooms were decent. Breakfast was good. Ice maker only worked on one floor. No refrigerator in room. Price was decent. Pool was closed. No casino perks for stay.”

“It was dirty and had a weird smell. Room was musty. Super loud, thin walls. Staff came into my room while I was out, even with a do not disturb sign on the door. took the towels, didn’t replace them and did nothing to clean anything”
