“When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was a real pain to move because we had unpacked out suitcases. Stephen Happel”
