“Everything about this hotel was bad. Yellow towels and linens, shower either scalding hot or cold, bathroom walls were beat up with holes and warped areas, carpets sticky, crumbs all over the table surfaces, tv buffered a lot, pool water was murky and didn’t feel sanitary, place smelled like weed the second we walked in, and we saw local cops come in for an altercation with, what appeared to be locals.”

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running.
