Hotel per fare shopping a Illinois sud-occidentale

“When we checked in the man at the desk wasn’t very friendly. Then when we got to our room, went to wash hands, the water wouldn’t shut off at the sink. We called the desk, nobody showed. Called again, still nobody came. We had tickets to ball game so we had to leave. Went downstairs and talked to two people. When we returned from game, water was fixed but we only had hot water. Not fun trying to brush teeth with hot water only.”

“We left a day early and apparently my third party they didn't want to refund my money the hotel was the one that mention that to my third party booking which I think is mess up, after I checked out and the customer service guy mention he would refund but it will all depend on my third party if they will so i reach out to my third party and they were going to refund after reaching out to the hotel and apparently the hotel said NO so that is mess up!”
