“We had a small issue with the self check in as the gate number provided in the email didn't work. I managed to ring the hosts and after a few minutes it was sorted and we were able to gain access. The lodge was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped for a self catering stay. Everything you needed to cook a meal including a microwave oven a fridge and a kettle. I loved the 4 highland cows in the field just outside the lodge, this was partly my reason for booking this accommodation. ”

“The property was very nice. It was in a great location outside the city and the owners were very friendly. We were sad not to have Wi-Fi the whole time we were there because it was advertised that we would have some. Otherwise, the place was great and we had a great time.”

“Caravan was very spacious with plenty of room. 2 mins from besch and amenities. Clean and tidy in quiet area of park. Communication was clear and readily available. Easy transport options into Edinburgh. Just few snagging issues noticed during our stay. One sink in the toilets, the water was disconnected. Several bulbs were out and one of the bathroom blinds was broken. Needed a new fying pan as breakfast stuck to the pan, but all that was worked around and had a lovely few days away.”

“Beautiful lodge in fabulous surroundings. The lodge has everything you need for a comfortable stay with the added bonus of beautiful Highland Cows as your neighbours! We loved it here and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay ”

"Way too overpriced for the tiny room you get. The bathroom is bigger than the room itself, there’s not enough space to just be! A tiny shelf, a small one door wardrobe… For more than 200€ a night (avg. of 4 nights) it’s a robbery! The floor has never been cleaned in 4 days, when I arrived there was dirt on the bathroom floor and there it stayed the whole duration of the stay. Also, the fixed shower head… can you not update to a flexible one? I know you are not used to bidet but that would be all people would need in order to avoid taking 2 showers a day, consuming tons of water. I Did not buy the breakfast so i can’t judge on that, but I had to pay to leave the luggage on the last day (it’s 1 pound, but still…this have never happened before anywhere I travelled) "
