“What a wonderful place to stay in Edinburgh! It was so spacious, light, VERY clean, and well stocked! This was our family’s favorite accommodation during our UK trip, and my teen/tween daughters kept raving about how nice it was. We appreciated the many bedrooms and bathrooms and space to spread out. We had one of the bedrooms upstairs set up with two twin beds, instead of a king, which worked well for kids sharing the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed family movie nights...

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. ”

“The property was clean and pretty much as advertised. Note there are not four queen size beds but 2. The cutlery could do with being changed too as it is cheap and not fit for purpose.”

“If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice.”

The location is fantastic, and the property is spacious, clean, historic, updated, and just beautiful. We stayed with our family of six and it was perfect. “2 stories, enormous ceilings, outstanding kitchen and a bedroom room /laundry “annex” that would be the envy of anyone needing to give some kids their own space and get some clothes sparkling clean …suitable for anyone looking for extreme comfort in one of the worlds best cities !”

“Great communication with the owner. Enogh parking for two cars. House exceeded our expectations, everything spotless, much bigger than looks on the pictures. Great having extras like dishwasher tablets, tinfoil ect. The garden was great, we enjoyed the summerhouse too. Then just through the gate onto the beach. Just perfect. We definitely hope to return.”

"Way too overpriced for the tiny room you get. The bathroom is bigger than the room itself, there’s not enough space to just be! A tiny shelf, a small one door wardrobe… For more than 200€ a night (avg. of 4 nights) it’s a robbery! The floor has never been cleaned in 4 days, when I arrived there was dirt on the bathroom floor and there it stayed the whole duration of the stay. Also, the fixed shower head… can you not update to a flexible one? I know you are not used to bidet but that would be all people would need in order to avoid taking 2 showers a day, consuming tons of water. I Did not buy the breakfast so i can’t judge on that, but I had to pay to leave the luggage on the last day (it’s 1 pound, but still…this have never happened before anywhere I travelled) "

"Hotel in posizione fantastica e molto glamour. Pulizia eccezionale e stato di manutenzione fantastico. Pavimento di parquet e domotica ultima generazione. Personale tutto supercordiale e professionale anche alle 4 del mattino orario del mio check out. Straconsigliato!!!!!!!"
