“The accommodation was great, however the coffee kettle was dirty with coffee residue when I arrived and I couldn't make my coffee.”

“The staff and experience was incredible. We had a room with smoking (already some expectations there I know) . The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows it’s a smoking room but come on…. Other than that everything was pretty good. ”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! ”

“I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. “Breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent. The food area was amazing clean and the staff working the area was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean fresh towels and the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at all times and parking area was lit and clean.”
