Whether you're a seasoned cook or a budding home chef, you'll love spending time in this space. The house is located within 2 miles (10mins) from downtown and a lot of major areas of interest. If you're looking for convenient traveling, look no further! Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed. The closest bus stop is a 5 min walk and is located at the intersection of Indiana Ave & 10th St. Please check out bus routes and schedule online.
Your well-being is our top priority. Please note that this property prohibits smoking and pets. To enhance security, this property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras, solely monitoring outdoor areas without invading your privacy indoors. Heating:
The property has an air conditioner and heater controlled by an Ecobee thermostat located in the living room.
Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep noise down after 10pm. A noise decibel monitor will alarm if noise goes over the threshold limit during quiet hours.
Laundry:
There is a washing machine and dryer available for you to use, with washing detergent on the shelf in the laundry room.
We do not allow packages to be sent to this property.
We will not be responsible for any case of theft or loss of items delivered to the house.
