“Excellent after hours service for both check-in and valet parking. The staff were extremely welcoming. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel clearly takes a lot of pride in being part of local history and of the community. The Bottleworks neighborhood location is convenient for Indianapolis and also a cool spot that is rather quieter but still has decent amenities. I would definitely return and recommend. ”

Few things that were lacking: breakfast items that should have been hot were cold, no decaf coffee available, no shampoo in our bathroom, no bar of soap in the bathroom, and there were no instructions given as to how to use the parking garage exit strategy. Front desk staff were professional, apologetic and immediately gave us room supplies.”
