“the room we stayed in was poorly maintained. the tile in the bathroom was noticeably uneven, you could see the paint mismatch on patch kits in the sunlight, the bathroom door had split wood like someone tried to kick it in, and there was so much outside noise. we could hear footsteps and joists creaking from an occupant above us. we could hear an intermittent clicking noise for at least 5-10 mins after flushing. we could hear way too much for what is called a “sleep in”. the temperature in the...

“The hotel was nice and clean and staff was very helpful. There was a boil order and there was no coffee or juice available for breakfast.”

“Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”

“We only stayed for a night during Indy but everything went well. Rooms were big and clean. Included all necessities. Hotel was well kept and staff helpful. Decent breakfast: we missed the happy hour (that included complimentary door and drink) but I was suprised this was offered. Overall a nice stay.”
