“Great location, friendly staff and spacious rooms”

“The apartment was very clean and well maintained, with a fantastic view over the city. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of Brisbane and close to everything. On the downside, the Wi-Fi could be improved, as it was not always reliable. Also, the management of the pool on the 90th floor could be better. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great place to experience Brisbane.”

“Easy self check in to both the building and the room. Kitchen and laundry well appointed for a short stay. Meeting space in the lobby area a cool spot. Pleasant music well chosen and at the right volume in the shared areas. Excellent rooftop with pool and spa overlooking the area towards the city. BBQ unfortunately not working during our stay. Many places to sit with the morning coffee. Friendly cleaning staff. Would stay again if the room rate was similar.”

“The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks....

“Hotel centrale, molto bello, tuttovo e ben tenuto. In realtà non è un albergo, ma appartamentini veri e propri con servizio di housekeeping, piscina, palestra e quant'altro: insomma, è stato meglio di un albergo perchè avevamo cucina, salottino e una vista magnifica dal terrazzino! Poi Brisbane è più bella di quella che si dice...”

“We were on a stay-cay in Brisbane for several days to attend appointments. We chose this property mainly on location - near public transport and all the shops we required. It did not disappoint in this regard, and I would definately recommend the property if location is the main concern. On the whole, our stay was good, and the room we had was perfect for our requirements. However, it was quite run down - stains on the carpet and bedding (including the fabric bedhead), chips out of the paint,...

“We have stayed at a Rambla property in Brisbane before- so knew what to expect. As with the last property the app used to enter the building/lift/apartment was hit and miss ( didnt work at all on my phone) but the pin code was brilliant and was a lot easier to use - we were there for 3 weeks so it was easy to use the code. The apartment itself was functional- we had one where the bedroom was divided off from the main room with sliding doors which was not the best feature as the doors had frosted...

“I’ve stayed in Brisbane numerous times in the last 12 months but this was by far the best accommodation I’ve had. Clean, conveniently located and most importantly quiet. It was if the business of The Valley below didn’t exist. Highly recommend this property.”
