“What stood out for me was the kindness of the staff. Specificaly , Victoria. ( aka. "Queen" Victoria I named her!) She was so helpful as we checked in and since we arrived early and our room was not available assured us that they would take good care of our luggage while we toured Sydney that day. I was able to chat with her a few more times during our 3 night visit and she was always fun to talk to!
