“Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped. ”

“Overall unprofessional, and lacking in many things a hotel needs. Nice room but had leaking damage, we were blamed saying the windows were open, then downgraded. Before checking out the new room we were completely locked out of our old room with no assistance for multiple hours. During this time the staff on the text service was highly unprofessional and hard to reach. After the event our stay was fine, and we asked for a late check out for compensation, when the text service again was overall...

“It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Nobu. The food was very nice and the atmosphere was what I really wanted (the main reason I chose to stay there). I also really liked the location of the hotel. Everything was very walkable and I enjoyed exploring when I had free time. My only thoughts as negatives are the view from the rooms are not super impressive, I had opted in for the upgraded room at a discounted price which I did get (but wasn’t informed that when I checked in which was stated when I opted...
