“The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. “The Mansion is a wonderful place to stay in if you spend some days in Denver. We enjoyed the city and we enjoyed sleeping there. The position is perfect for visiting Denver on foot. The structure is unique for its rooms, each one furnished with a very nice taste and very clean. We enjoyed very much the chats we had with Carl and Bailey, they are both super nice people and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our trip. “An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

“The place was better than expected. Stayed in a comfort double. Room was clean, private bathroom was nice. I wish they had black out curtains for the 5am Denver sun. There larger rooms could use a little mini fridge for keeping drinks and leftovers cool. Besides that I would recommend this to anyone.”

“Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys. The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room.”

“There’s no pool, but the food is absolutely amazing! Everything we tried was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. We also added the breakfast, and it was well worth it—the yogurt was phenomenal. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay again!”
