“If you are visiting any Sea World park, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. Also they offer a shuttle service for the Sea World park which is convenient when you travel with kids. The staff is very kind. The room was cleaned, very well prepared for us. We definitely will come back. ”

“Some things I think could be improved would be that the waterslide isn’t always open if they don’t have enough staff to be up there, which is a huge bummer to the kids and then they also don’t have a spa, even though one is advertised.”

Non hanno nessun ristorante (come invece indicato su Expedia) tant’è che ti consegnano una lista di ristoranti in città (raggiungibili solo in macchina). Avevo chiesto il terzo letto per la bambina: ma ci siamo ritrovati un divano letto non pronto. Ci hanno dato un sacco con la biancheria e abbiamo preparato noi il letto. Nessuna colazione disponibile ma un piccolo store con prodotti carissimi. Al nostro arrivo inoltre la camera era...

“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6. One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”

“I punti di forza sono il prezzo e la vicinanza a convention center. Camere ampie e letto comodo. Struttura di 8 palazzi, decisamente retrò . Ma il rapporto qualità prezzo ci sta tutto”
