“The staff here is awesome! We've stayed several times and they're always courteous, helpful, friendly, and do whatever they can to help.
The rooms are clean and they do their best to maintain the property. It's older, so though it may have some quirks because of age, I rate it pretty highly for a budget motel. (And our cats love the rooms!)”

“This was the most affordable option in Glenview (by far) so we chose it mainly based on budget. But we ended up being pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and bright our room and the lobby were. Plus, the front desk staff (Shubha?) was very friendly and helpful. Another bonus: the hotel is close to a H Mart and several restaurants. Will stay here again when visiting family in Glenview. ”

“Beds are a bit stiff or firm. Everyone was very polite. I recommend a trash can nearby the waffle maker for the cups to be thrown away in after pouring it onto the waffle maker. Had a great cookie when first checked in but then no more were ever put out even the next morning. Concerns over people smoking pot right outside the main entrance so the smell carried into the inside lobby area and while you walk thru the doors. I suggest moving the smoking area away from the door entrance. ”

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi.
Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città.
La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming.
Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento.
Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "
"The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! "
