“When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe. ”

“The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!”

Og vert Ali var veldig påpasselig underveis, svarte på spørsmål, tipset om flytting av bilen på grunn av soping av gata og kom med ny brødrister når den gamle ikke virket. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for 8., men ikke til 14. gode senger og godt fungerende kjøleanlegg. Enkle toalettartikler på alle bad. Det var stort sett rent og fint overalt. Det var lett å finne buss som tok deg til New York 5 minutter unna. Eneste negative ting våre ungdommer kommenterte...

“From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. It is an older property, but does not lack in cleanliness and all appliances and bathrooms were in perfect order. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and a large group of 7...
