“The tv didn’t turn on at all and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The refrigerator was filled with water from being broken. The towels were not properly cleaned as we found boogers on one of the towels. Def would not recommend a stay here. Very disappointing to say the least. ”

“This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. We had full access to the AC. The refrigerator and the little kitchen area was quite handy. The basket for breakfast was a nice touch and...

“We stayed here for 2 nights and it was good for the price we paid (less expensive than other hotels in the area). The room was very spacious, including a huge entryway. It was helpful to have that space to serve as a buffer to the noise outside in the hallway from the elevator and ice machine. The fridge in the room was large . The walls were paper thin though - we could hear everything coming from the room next door, including when we were in the bathroom (we could hear them using the toilet)....

“Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that.”

“My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again”

“Property was nice with a good location right in the center of downtown and close location to all restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included, I would say it’s more of a quick grab snack than breakfast, although I must say they have great cookies and desserts available all day. ”

“My room was disgusting. All towels stained, bed sheets stained. Paint on chair floors and counters gross. The entire building reeks of body odor and stale cigarettes. Nips bottles all over the parking lot. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend staying here. Motel 6 would have been an upgrade to this place.”

“The hotel was hard to find since the sign was covered over and didn't have the new name of the hotel. It's a bit out of the way, other that that we had a comfortable stay with a decent bed and nice bathroom. The TV should be replaced, it was small 20 or 32 inch model from a decade or two back. We wanted to watch the hokey game, but it was too frustrating with the small size and black dots on the screen.”

“The hotel did not disclose that there was a 24-hour jackhammer and construction outside the hotel, and that guests would be unable to sleep. I want a full refund.”

“Microwave and fridge outside my room unplugged I get renovation are in progress but why not say that on website only find out after checking into the room and no refunds even if you didn't create that issue.”
