“The views were spectacular. The dinning table was huge and had plenty of space for dinners with the family. Bedrooms were spacious. Any questions we had were answered and resolved quickly. Grocery store was close and within walking distance. There were food options near the grocery store as well. Linda was helpful with transportation options and great to work with. ”

Having our own pool and private beach made it possible to enjoy beach days from the comfort of our home on days where our son wasn’t feeling up to heading to North Beach. “Villa Marlin is a great complex. The pools are clean, the property is well maintained for its age. The unit was not renovated and needs a bit of care, but it was clean and the view is absolutely amazing. 180 degrees of non-obstructed beach and ocean view. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The only complaint we have is the hardeness of the beds in the second room. My kids (young adults) found them a bit uncomfortable. Our stay was short but overall great!”
