“The location of this property is excellent! It is walking distance to the beach. The beach is beautiful! It was also very close to Armand Circle where you can find many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent! They were very attentive and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The home is comfortable for a small family. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely like to return in the future. ”

“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit...

“The description is 100% accurate and the house had all that was listed. Disappointed no gas grill-very old charcoal picnic type grill and house needed some TLC but otherwise we enjoyed everything AC broke on day 4, called the office and they were so great and Pierce AC was out within the hour and fixed it in 30 minutes. Would stay here again Thanks Theresa ”

“I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!”
