Downstairs has a couple of outdoor pools and relaxation areas. Direct access to the beach.
It’s an added bonus to have a pub and a restaurant on the premises.
Hot tip, request a seafaring room as the other rooms face the main road and can be noisy.”

“We had a 1 bedroom suite. It was attractive, modern and spacious. The kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and we loved the large balcony.
It was great to walk out the door for the beach and coffee. Several dining options nearby.

“The property was clean, good service, and a spacious two bedroom apartment. We appreciated the check of our room each day great stay and we plan to go back. The only downside would have been the view from our room but otherwise all great. Location's was very good too. Thank you ”

“It’s an older building and the kitchen/bathroom in our unit (#43) aren’t new, but they are well maintained and functional. The 180 degree beach view was spectacular. Being walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer was great. The parking space for our unit was easy to get in & out of (not all parking spaces are created equal). The unit was equiped with everything we need. Coles supermarket is a short walk away. ”

Reception was amazing and staff were very helpful and organised a late check out for us free of charge. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Beds were very comfortable. We were allocated 1 parking bay. “We absolutely loved our stay at First Light. It is situated at a perfect place, within walking distance to shopping area, restaurants, beach and supermarket. We also had the perfect room which looked straight out over the beach. Would definitely stay here again ”
