“They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all.”

“The place looks kinda nice in pictures, but in reality i got a room with a broken "hot tub" that when i turned it on spit out bugs and there were dead bugs on the floor. I decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Maybe i was unlucky in the room but I would stay far away from this place.”

Specifically, there was no hand soap provided, and the bathtub had a significant drainage issue. Additionally, the television reception was blurry with poor resolution.
