“This is a really dirty and rundown hotel, the pictures are nothing like what the hotel really looks like. We checked in and stayed for 2 hours before deciding to ask for a refund and look for another hotel. The carpets are stained and were crunchy when walking on them, the mattress was stained, the washroom was lined with mold and mildew, our toilet wouldn't flush, a line of mildew covered the bottom of the tub. I took pictures of everything and submitted them to Expedia for a refund. Thankfully...
