“Great stay at Knotty Pine. Staff were great - really nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Convenient location just a few minutes from Cape Smokey. Everything you need as a place to stay while out for the day. Dinner at the Restaurant was also excellent. Food was delivered right to our room. A nice bonus after a very long drive. Highly recommend.”

“The check in was slow and unprofessional.
The heat in the room was uncontrollable, therefore the stay wasn’t very enjoyable.
The heat issue was brought up at check out and the attitude was “oh well too bad” ”

“Room was dirty. Mold in the bathroom and debris on the floor. Toilet was dirty. Furniture outdated and severely worn. Arm chair was ratty and torn. Do not recommend this hotel.”
