I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. “水は毎日減った分だけ補充してくれるので助かります。2家族でコネクテングルームをチェックインの時にお願いしたら快くしてくれた。 3時からのチｮコートタイム(フリー)も良かったです。プールやプライベートビーチは海も綺麗で魚が沢山いるのでシュノーケルをレンタルして楽しめました！その後、パラソルベンチでゆっくりのんびり過ごせました。 朝食は料金の割にメインのおかずがイマイチでしたがパン等はとても充実していて美味しかったです。麺類を食べている人が多かったです。”
