I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. “Il personale è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. La camera aveva i letti comodissimi ma purtroppo la tv non funzionava. Ci hanno cmq chiesto se volevamo sostituire la stanza .Piscina carina anche se non proprio pulita Si mangia bene.”
