“We booked this a week prior to our arrival but when we arrived past 7pm the Manager on duty told us that the Expedia did not pay our stay and cancelled our booking, it was a 2 hours exchanging of communication between us and the Shangri-la and they instructed us to call Expedia as they are the vendor and we did not pay directly to them.
