Resort a Isola di Mactan

“World-class breakfast with so many stations and food choices. Staff were courteous and helpful. I like the amenities- enjoyed using the beach and swimming pool. 'Will definitely come back 👍”

“It was ok.”

“benissimo”

“I liked that it was small and more private. However the beach was not clean enough to swim. Water went out from time to time as well as the wifi. A lot of the furniture in my room was beat up and broken. It's a great place but it needs some work done.”

“Staff totally untrained ! Long waiting for restaurant and room service! Personnel friendly but totally untrained ”

“property was very beautiful and well maintained. Lofredo messaged me days before check in which was helpful. the condo unit has complete amenities and a microwave, washer, tables, and a balcony to dry off clothes. just a little bit of a drive from main roads.”

“I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

“Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...”

“It was a good place to stay. The only downside was the lack of internet and no electricity from 7 am to 6pm. It’s surely secluded and calming. The staff was ok but if”
