“The staff were welcoming and accommodating from beginning to end. Each day our beds were reset to our individual preferences and all the toiletry amenities were topped up with a fresh bottle of water per person. The view of the Valedrome stadium + timing of the race and weekend activities made our stay top notch! We just missed the public bath house but loved that it was part of the amenities available to hotel guests, along with bike rentals. The Forq was also a great restaurant /lounge space...

“ホテル全体(内外観ともに)とてもキレイでしたが、洗面台が破損しているなど、備品の見栄えが悪い。 スタッフの対応は、最初だけ受け答えが良く、段々と素っ気無く対応しているので、他のホテルスタッフと比較しても普通より悪いと思います。”

“大人4人、幼児3人で泊まりましたが、お家が大変広くのびのび過ごせました。キッズスペースもあり、子供は夜遅くまでテンション爆上がりでした。 ただ、なん家族も泊まる可能性が大きいのに、駐車スペースが一台のみなので、近隣駐車場に停めにいかかなくてはならず、不便でした。”

“気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。無料で焼きおにぎり出汁茶漬けが食べれたり、ラーメンが食べれる時間があったり、お風呂上がりのヤクルトやアイスクリームも無料！お風呂も貸切風呂が4つあり予約しなくても無料！スタッフもとても優しく質問にも丁寧に答えて頂きました。ホテルの外には足湯もあり大満足でした。”
