“The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They, thankfully, held my luggage before check in and well after check out so I could maximize my sightseeing in Naoshima. My room was well-appointed though small, but good for someone who doesn’t travel with large suitcases. The hotel is conveniently located across from the ferry and a very brief walk to the train station. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
