Room was dirty when we arrived 4 hours past check in time so we had to wait around with our toddler after an already 12 hours in the car traveling there. “The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and quite helpful. They only have 1 washer and dryer and someone took my clothes out before the time was up so I wasn’t happy about that but it wasn’t the hotels fault. Another set would be helpful. Room was clean and our bed was super comfy! Great ac too!”

“We arrived late at the hotel because they did not show up to pick us up at the airport. We tried to call it went to VM the airport service also tried to call the hotel. We waited outside for over an hour for the shuttle to show. We had to get our rental car a day early that was an added expense of 106.00.
