“Location to beach and bank Pavilion. Deck was in need of remodeling, nails and chipped wood also screen broken hard to open . Door lock also hard to open and can be a fire hazard if had to exit .”

“Helpful with getting into second room earlier. Lost clothing in first room that wasn’t found.”
