“Se si cerca una vacanza di relax è il posto ideale. È direttamente su una spiaggia tropicale. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti un trattamento alla spa a testa. Camera grande e grazie all’upgrade abbiamo avuto una villa con piscina. Si può praticare yoga e tai chi tutti i giorni. Ristorazione ok. ”

“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”

“Camera assegnata all'arrivo non corrispondente a quella prenottata. Tipologia inferiore e lontanto dalla spiaggia. Lunghe e animate discussioni per avere quanto gia' regolarmente pagato. Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata.
