“1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely”

“レストランがメイン 1つしかないから、メニューも変わり映えなく、飽きてしまう。ドリンクもアルコールの質があまり良くないので、美味しくない。オールインで滞在も、アルコール種類も少なく、ダメ。炭酸を置いてなく、大きいサイズのペプシなどで割るので、まぢ、美味しくない。食事の時間も2 1時くらいまでは、早く、遅い時間営業のレストランが欲しい。”

Personale incompetente e incapace di comunicare se non in vietnamita.Totale mancanza di elasticità verso qualsiasi richiesta del cliente.ristorante monotono e di scarsa qualità. Da evitare le escursioni,costose e molto turistiche.Servizi in disuso e non all'altezza di un 5 stelle.”

“When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside. It smelled horrible not sure what someone did in this villa before we did but it was horrible. What made it worse was the heat the ac was not working and they had stand fans going is all the rooms. I immediately notified the staff that this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay here. When we got back to the...

“This is a GREAT FAMILY RESORT. I have young children and there was lots to do. Although it's 15 minutes to get to the city center, it was worth the stay. Pools,.waterside, kiddy pools, kids Gaming Building which includes the toddler area! The only thing they could have done better was to provide a daycare service so parents can roam the city while they care for your kids. That would have been spectacular! Other than that, if you have Kids, this IS THE RESORT YOU WANT TO STAY AT!”
