“We had a fantastic stay. We had a pool villa and couldn’t have been more impressed with the size of the room. Extremely comfortable rooms and very clean. After a long day of travel, we were picked up from the airport and although we arrived well before check in time, our room was ready within an hour. We had the all inclusive package including all meals and drinks. Cuisine was more towards their regular travellers from Russia and Korea, which was a nice way to explore other cuisines. “Beautiful, well managed hotel with very service minded staff. A little bit offside from the busy Nah Trang city centre, but if you are looking for accommodation with peace and quiet this is it. Full size gym, big pool and a couple of minutes to the beach. I felt right at home.”

“- 가격 : 2박에 약 25만원 정도를 지출했습니다. 이정도 규모, 서비스에 2박 25만원이라면 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 다만 익스피디아에서 7세 어린이에 대해 추가금이 발생한다는 고지가 정확하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 내용 중에 별도의 추가금이 징수될 수 있다 기재돼 있지만 아쉬운 부분입니다. 분명 제가 결제할 때 인원과 아이들의 나이를 기재하고 나온 비용을 결제했는데 여기에 추가비용이 발생해 불편했습니다. 이 부분은 설명이 더 자세히 필요한 것 같습니다. - 숙소 : 프리미엄룸에서 지냈는데 콘도보다 훨씬 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 자연 속에 있는 듯한 느낌, 마치 빌라에서 지낸 것 같은 느낌, 발코니도 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 다만 어른 2, 어린이2가 묵기에 킹베드는 조금 작은 것 같아 엑스트라 베드(추가 비용 발생)를 추가하거나 싱글 베드 2개를 요청하는게 나을 수도 있으니 검토해보세요. - 직원 서비스 등 : 직원들의 서비스는 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들이 대체로 영어를 잘하네요....

“풀파빌리온에 3박 묵었습니다. 성수기가 아니어서 그런지 전반적으로 조용하고 방해받지 않는 편안한 휴식이었습니다. 풀빌라 치고는 가격이 너무 좋습니다. 조식도 훌륭했어요. 샤워헤드가 필요없을 정도로 욕실이 깔끔했고 침실이나 풀장도 너무 좋았습니다. 욕실이나 풀장이나 둘이 쓰기에도 너무 커서 좋았습니다 공항에서는 다소 먼 지역에 있는데 나트랑 중심부까지는 그랩으로 한국돈 8천원 정도에 편도 요금 나왔습니다. 셔틀이 하루 두번 있다고 들었는데 24시간 전에 예약해야된다는 점은 이해가 가지 않았습니다. 셔틀은 포기하시는게.... 액티비티는 한번 이용하고 하지 않았고 리조트 내 스파는 가격이 험악해 시내로 나와서 마사지 받았습니다. 그래도 만족스러운 휴가였습니다. ”

“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”
