“The property was just as described. It was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. My family is not uncomfortable that there were un housed people in the area. We felt safe the entire time. If you have not spent time in an area where there is a homeless population I could see why you would be a little uncomfortable. “This was a great find if you don’t want to stay in the chaos of the harbor. Very quiet and relaxing but a quick drive to the harbor for activities (just go early to find parking). The house is well-equipped - we saved money by buying lobsters and cooking them at the house. Don’t miss the botanical gardens, Farm 23 bakery or sunset on ocean point!”
