“Wow what a beautiful location. We were there right at the peak of fall leaf colors. Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. Would love to go back and enjoy this area in the summer.The place was clean and comfortable.So much to do and see in the area so we were only there to sleep at night. ”

“The room and common areas were very clean. Maintenance on the building could you see some work. Door to room and bathroom both were hard to open/close. We would definitely stay again. The staff very friendly and location was good.”

“Cheap room is ok for a quick stay. Had two queen beds and one was wet. Top blanket covered all the wet yellow layers and was left with an ice bucket with water in it as well!”

“This small motel is a great example of the way that Americans used to travel. There is obvious thought and care put into the amenities in each room. Mine had: microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hangers, bottle opener, hair dryer, and though the decor was dated, everything was spotless. I can tell that the management takes pride in this enterprise. I did not partake of the continental breakfast, but there is a great diner 6 minutes walk away. For an inexpensive night's stay,...
