“This newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtown—the location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back...

“We were pleasantly suprised with how charming the house and property is. From the front porch swinging bench, to the well maintained gardens and pond. The service is also above and beyond. Josh greeted us all day with a huge smile and generously helpful. We also had the Fondue dinner which was such a fun way to end the day. We will definitely stay again. Great for couples.”

“I can't say enough about this lovely B&B! It's a gorgeous, historic home, with grand rooms and fantastic service. Check in was a breeze, and included a tray of warm cookies in the lobby. We got a brass key for our king suite (room 5), which was spacious and royally appointed. Bathroom was clean and beautifully updated. The inn was walking distance to the downtown, where we walked to dinner. We happened to do a Kingston ghost tour, and the inn was featured as a haunted property - so keep an eye...

“Graziosa locanda situata in un edificio in stile vittoriano della seconda metà del 1800. Personale cordiale, colazione discreta. Il parcheggio gratuito è limitato, ma le vie attorno offrono la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la notte fino alle 9 o 10 del mattino in base alla via. ”

“Very clean hotel, little outdated in some aspects but very clean nonetheless. Pool available. Breakfast available and was decent for what you’d expect from a hotel with plenty options. Close to lots of dining and shopping, right off the 401 hwy. Close to downtown and kingston pen. Staff very friendly. Only thing that threw me by surprise was parking was an additional charge per day. I think for 3 nights it was $20 give or take. Would come back if i’m in the area again ”
