“We love the Waterfront... fantastic views. It appeared that our room was a renovated one, however twice we had to call for maintenance because the coffee machine wouldn't work. Also the cooling/heating system seemed to be on a thermostat and the AC kept going off but not coming back on at intervals. We had to turn it on again each time it stopped. “My husband and I were in town for our anniversary, and spent one night. The staff were wonderful upon check in, and upgraded us to a different room and on the top floor(thanks!). Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a nice view out of our window which to our left, we had a view of the water. Breakfast the next morning was great, and loved that it was included with our stay. We would happily return in the future.”

“VERY VERY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED!!! Beautiful place, comfortable, and "home away from home" kind of atmosphere. Very easy to check-in. Extremely clean facilities, and nice and quiet area. "Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. "
