Despite advanced notice given of needing a wheelchair accessible room, we were assigned 1 in an area that was not accessible by the visitor's lift. It was labyrinth to get to that area. We had to use the service elevator everytime which was a dingy elevator to fit for safe independent use by someone with a disability. “Great facilities for kids to enjoy”

“Great location close to theme parks with good facilities and yet a very relaxing setting. The amenities (shampoo, etc) very nice which is something easy to overlook. Nice building and decor. 5 min walk to shops.”
