“Took 30 minutes to check in due to understaffing. Holiday weekend so it should not have been a surprise they would be busy. Tried to get a cart to bring up my own luggage but since it was “full service”, I was not allowed (they lock the carts in the closet). Of course they were understaffed with bellman so the wait was another 25 minutes (2 guys doing valet and bellhop on a 14+ floor hotel???) Did not get any room attendance for 2 days (towels, make-up). Bellhop said we missed out because the...

“We stayed in an Oceanview room, room was a little outdated but was clean and comfortable. Our room had a floor fan for you to use as well as a baby gate that would be helpful to families with kids I thought both of these were nice additions that you don't normally see. We will definitely stay again.”
