“The walls were very dirty in this particular villa. The carpets were not clean and very dirty. The bath mats were dirty in the bathroom and didn't look like they had been washed. The middle bedroom with the queen beds- the bed closest to the wall was cracked underneath the mattress. There was no upkeep in this villa. It seemed as if the villa 4824 had not been painted in several years. The hallways, stairwells, and bedrooms all needed painted or wiped down with a eraser. The rugs in the...

“We waited an hour and a half after check in before the room was ready. The staff was not friendly. There were a lot of things we could have benefited from during the stay that they didn't explain to us. The food at the restaurant was way overpriced however the drinks at the bar were reasonable. The best thing about the resort was karaoke night other than that definitely find somewhere else to stay. It's also very very far from anything!!!”

“Pros: Room was very nice. Completely unexpected. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We really had a great time. Food was better than expected. Cons: Pool area was not as nice as hoped for. Aged and cheap chairs. But the beach was amazing. Parking is horrible as stated in other reviews. But its truly the only bad thing about the property. Overall very good experience. Would definitely stay here again.”
