To my shock and amazement i was presented with a bill portfolio with a $14 charge for breakfast. i assumed (to my detriment) that the breakfast was complimentary as it has been in countless hotels i’ve stayed at for the past multiple decades. nothing was mentioned that there was a charge for breakfast.
