“Overall, great stay. However the staff was pretty rude in regards to the Expedia reservation. There was a mixup made where my employee name wasn’t added to the reservation and instead of helping out over the phone, they required I work with Expedia. Which is fine, however it was the tone of voice and “I don’t care” attitude that made it worse. ”

“I would’ve given 5 stars but the customer service was horrible but the stay was nice and clean and I would book again !”

“Room was disgusting, dated, only 4 outlets in the entire room worked, it smelled, stains all over the carpet and not maintained at all. Called the front desk 6 different times without getting anyone. Horrible! ”
