“We had a fantastic stay in August! The location was perfect—right on the water, with kayaks available. The bedrooms were comfortable and all had great views. Our favorite place was the tiki for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It was the first vacation we had in a few years, and relaxation was fulfilled by the Hemingway House and Key West!We did spend some time figuring out the HVAC system. One thermostat seemed to be the main one while the second acted as a satellite.”

“Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !”

“Camera ampia ma di livello inferiore a quella prenotata e pagata. Condizionatore non funzionante per filtro sporco.Capelli nel letto e sul cuscino, alla reception, con disappunto, mi hanno consegnato una federa invitandomi a cambiarmela senza nessuna scusa. Housekeeping praticamente inesistente, non rifanno il letto (che di per sé ha già lenzuola ingiallite) ma si limitano ad aggiungere prodotti da bagno (all'arrivo 2 di essi erano già usati). “Struttura bella e ben curata personale gentile ma : Sono arrivati a rifare la camera alle 5 del pomeriggio; Il centro storico è molto più lontano dei 3.6 km indicati La navetta per andare in centro è disponibile soltanto ogni ora ed ha soltanto 25 posti che confrontando il numero degli ospiti presenti e’ assolutamente insufficiente ( più di una volta siamo stati costretti ad usare Uber in quanto ci hanno lasciato a piedi pur arrivando all’ora stabilita) Si potrebbe migliorare con poco!!!!!!”
