“Special appreciation for Kerri who was incredibly kind to allow us to check in early. I had been battling food poisoning and needed to get to a bed earlier than normal check in. Not only did she get us in early, she also had recommendations on what to take to feel better and personally checked on my health the next day. That’s the kind of incredible customer service and human kindness that will make our stay at Radfords on the Lake unforgettable. Thank you Kerri!!”

“I stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. Given the inexpensive price, I was a bit concerned about what I might find. It was great! I got there after the office was closed, but they had arranged for me to get my key late and a map to my room, and it went smoothly. Pillows were fluffy, linens were good quality, and everything was clean. Everything in the building was well maintained. It was off season, so I'm not sure if it would be noisy if all the rooms were full, but it was quiet...
