Hotel vicino a Fiordland National Park Visitor Centre - Te Anau

“Absolut fantastisch. Das Hotel ist wunderschön mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Eigentümer und das Personal sind unglaublich freundlich und machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem. Der Ort ist sehr idyllisch und zum Milford Sound sind es nur 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto. Das Apartment besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Bad, Toilette, Wohnzimmer und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.”

“Beautiful property! Great location 5 minute walk to town centre, restaurants and shopping. Laura & Derek were very welcoming and serve an EXCELLENT cooked breakfast! There recommendations were perfect for us. Clean well appointed room. Hot tub was a nice touch and the Garden very nice. Highly recommended.”

“The laundry service was good, very clean and efficient washing machines and driers. The bed mattress, in our room was very uncomfortable, a suggestion would be to consider replacing it. The end unit was under an external stairwell leading to units above, when the stairs were in use it was noisey. Lovely motel overall. Suggestion; Book for units upstairs and/ or not end units on lower floor.”

“Overall acceptable “motel” but probably not worth the value , it’s close to the lake but certainly not to the front. The “front” of the rooms offer fantastic views and sounds from a trafficking road instead. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and the bed was garnished with a brownie fake ( and dusty) fur. Welcoming was excellent though but certainly not sufficient to compensate.”

“We stayed in the refurbished train car and it was pretty funky . The shower was an old tub with a Gerry rigged shower head and the toilet was in a very small room( original bathroom) with a sink with broken fixtures. However it was definitely one of the most unique places we have stayed at and everything did work ok . Just felt like we were camping indoors. It was cozy I must admit. Very nice staff good breakfast ”

“The king suite was spacious, comfortable, and dark/quiet at night. Super clean. Fridge and water kettle with extra counter and sink made basic food prep easy. Good Wifi and smart TV. Easy to walk to town and Milford Sound day cruise departures. Great tourist advice. Parking fine. Do understand that our spacious room is not the same for all.
