“Though the room is a bit dated but they are very clean room and kitchen was equipped with microwave, fridge and stove. The unit is not far from the grocery store. Its convenient to cook simple meals for breakfast and dinner.”

“Beautiful property! Great location 5 minute walk to town centre, restaurants and shopping. Laura & Derek were very welcoming and serve an EXCELLENT cooked breakfast! There recommendations were perfect for us. Clean well appointed room. Hot tub was a nice touch and the Garden very nice. Highly recommended.”

“Overall acceptable “motel” but probably not worth the value , it’s close to the lake but certainly not to the front. The “front” of the rooms offer fantastic views and sounds from a trafficking road instead. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and the bed was garnished with a brownie fake ( and dusty) fur. Welcoming was excellent though but certainly not sufficient to compensate.”

“The king suite was spacious, comfortable, and dark/quiet at night. Super clean. Fridge and water kettle with extra counter and sink made basic food prep easy. Good Wifi and smart TV. Easy to walk to town and Milford Sound day cruise departures. Great tourist advice. Parking fine. Do understand that our spacious room is not the same for all. “My room looked recently renovated. It was clean. It was equipped with taster, har dryer etc. Beds were comfortable. Property location is great. ”

“It was clean and overall great for backpackers/a hostel experience. It had a nice large kitchen area as well as a living room, garden and yard. The bed was average.”
